Welcome to the Manor
Scottish Highland Coo's are a unique breed. The Highland is a Scottish breed of rustic cattle. It originated in the Scottish Highlands and the Western Islands of Scotland and has long horns and a long shaggy coat.
Our Bee Hives are a regular favorite at the Manor producing some the sweet nectar we regularly enjoy.
At Hays Clan Falconry, we believe in the power of education through experience. That’s why we proudly offer free falconry display presentations to schools and community organizations.
Led by licensed falconers Clyde and Sarah Hays, our visits bring the ancient art of falconry to life with live birds of prey, interactive storytelling, and engaging Q&A sessions. Students not only meet real trained hawks but also learn about conservation, history, and life on a working farm.
We never charge for educational presentations—it is our honor and privilege to share this tradition and inspire curiosity in the next generation.

Bring the magic of the farm and the joy of storytelling to your school with a visit from the authors of the "Tales of the Hays Clan Highlands" series!
Clyde and Sarah Hays—authors, farmers, and falconers—offer author presentations to schools, libraries, and community groups. These interactive sessions include lively book readings, behind-the-scenes farm stories, and Q&A time with the creators of your students’ favorite Highland calf.
It is our honor and privilege to encourage young readers, spark imagination, and share the love of books and farm life with future generations.
